add Geant4 source as shallow submodule (lib/geant4)

Tracks HEAD of https://github.com/Geant4/geant4.git at depth 1 for reference browsing. shallow=true ensures others also get a shallow clone. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
