mschnepf/slc7-condocker's ancient glibc/libstdc++ can't load current
numpy/polars wheels from a uv-synced .venv (ImportError: CXXABI_1.3.9
not found). Switch the default to cverstege/alma9-gridjob, a modern
EL9-based image.
