This file should be used by G4 developers and category coordinators
to briefly summarize all major modifications introduced in the code
and keep track of all category-tags.
It DOES NOT substitute the  CVS log-message one should put at every
committal in the CVS repository !

11 December 2013 - G.Cosmo (error-propagation-V10-00-00)
- Removed use of scattered cerr printouts; use G4Exception instead.

16 May 2013 - G.Cosmo (error-propagation-V09-06-06)
- Fixed memory leak in G4ErrorPropagator::PropagateOneStep() for track
  creation at the first step.
  Addresses problem report #1466.

10 April 2013 - G.Cosmo (error-propagation-V09-06-05)
- Fixed compilation error for inclusion of not-existing header in
  G4ErrorPhysicsList code.
- Reintroduced thread-local keywords for static data, which was erroneously
  removed in previous commit by P.Arce, included all lost changes introduced
  since last November!
- Removed use of printf and left-over debug printout...

- Added missing definition of GLOBLIBS in GNUmakefile to allow for
  building DLLs on Windows.

- Fixed compilation errors and warnings on WIN32-VC platform: replaced
  usage of M_PI with CLHEP::pi; replaced usage of 'uint' with 'size_t';
  fixed boolean operation in conditional statement.
