                    Example AnaEx01 History file

This file should be used by the G4 example coordinator to briefly
summarize all major modifications introduced in the code and keep
track of all tags.

  histograms only once. (This is needed since AnaEx01-V10-07-00,
  as the analysis manager is not re-created for each run.)

  define the default output file type (root),
  use auto for histograms get via GetH1()

  - Removed the profile directory, profiles are put in the histogram
    directory, if its name was set by the user

- More fixes in hbook:
  - Fixed usage of "hbook offset id" - this prevents from overwriting
    histograms if both H1 and H2 (or P1) are defined
  - Create a profile directory if its name is set by user
  - Fixed failing SetH1 and SetP1 functions
  - Added missing P1 access functions
  - Put back deleting h1, h2 and p1 in Reset(); as the error
    message was caused by the first problem

- Fix in hbook:
  Do not delete h1, h2 and p1 in Reset();
  this avoids error message at CloseFile():

  - Added -lkernlib in list of libraries (required with Debian cernlib
    distribution 20061220)
- In CMake build: replaced explicit use of gfortran with
  enable_language(Fortran) and using fortran_sources variable in analogous
  way as sources

  it is handled already in the config/analysis.gmk.
