Hadronic physics-list/util History

This file should be used to briefly summarize all major modifications
introduced in the code and keeptrack of all tags.

- G4HadParticles : removed eta and eta_prime from the list of
charmed and bottom hadrons; removed the short-lived hadrons
(Sigma0, etac, JPsi, SigmaC++, SigmaC+, SigmaC0, Upsilon,
SigmaB+, SigmaB0, SigmaB-) whose hadronic interactions can be
neglected (consistently with what is done currently in Geant4
for pi0 and Sigma0) because they decay too quickly.
