This file should be used by G4 developers and category coordinators
to briefly summarize all major modifications introduced in the code
and keep track of all category-tags.
It DOES NOT substitute the  CVS log-message one should put at every
committal in the CVS repository !

- Fixed Coverity defects warnings in G4ErrorPropagator for unreachable code.
  Implemented move assignment operators in G4ErrorSymMatrix, G4ErrorSymMatrix,
  G4ErrorFreeTrajParam, G4ErrorTrajState and G4ErrorSurfaceTrajParam.

- Cleanup CMake build, removing obsolete granular library option and
  explicit include_directories.

19-Dec-2017 - G.Cosmo (error-propagation-V10-04-00)
- Fixed self-consistency in headers (missing #include) in G4ErrorMatrix,
  G4ErrorRunManagerHelper and G4ErrorSymMatrix.
  Thanks to Raphael Isemann for reporting these.

- Roll back to tag "error-propagation-V10-01-00". Cleaner solution to the
  problem is required to be applied in conjunction with "run" category for
  the treatment of splitters symbols by physics-lists.

- Explicitly initialise templated data in G4ErrorPhysicsList source.
  Fixing compilation/linking errors on clang-3.9 and XCode-8 on MacOS.

- Reintroduced thread-local keywords for static data, which was erroneously
