This file should be used by G4 developers and category coordinators
to briefly summarize all major modifications introduced in the code
and keep track of all category-tags.
It DOES NOT substitute the CVS log-message one should put at every
committal in the CVS repository !

- G4Scintillation now allows for fast and slow components. Scintillation properties are stored
with the material and retrieved with GetConstProperty.

G4Scintillation/G4Cerenkov now only suspend the track when it is still 'fAlive'

the PostStepPoint location in case energy is lost to the medium by a neutral
particle.
