A short summary how to build & test the provided examples
(I. Hrivnacova 09/09/2019)

Note: the location path (Geant4, Top-X, Examples build may need to be adapted
to your use case.

1) Install Top-C from:

   1.1) Download from:
   http://www.ccs.neu.edu/home/gene/top-c/

   1.2) Build & install via
   ./configure --prefix=mypath
   make 
   make && install

   1.3) Create a script with PATH, DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH setting:
   (~/work/etc/topc/setup.sh in my case):

   #!/bin/bash
   # I. Hrivnacova, 07.07.2019
   PACK_PATH=$HOME/work/packages 
   ETC_PATH=$HOME/work/etc
   export PATH=$PATH:$PACK_PATH/topc/topc-2.5.2_install/bin
   export DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH=$DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH:$PACK_PATH/topc/topc-2.5.2_install/lib

2) Install examples via GNUmake build
   (in may case this is in examples_test directory)

   cd ~/examples_test
   mkdir topc_N02
   cd topc_N02/
   cp -r ~/work/packages/geant4/geant4-dev/examples/extended/parallel/TopC/ParN02 .
   cd ParN02
   . ~/work/etc/topc/setup.sh 
   make

3) Run example

   make run
