  o Move instantiation of G4UIExecutive beyond the point where the main
    program could exit, for example, if environment variables are incorrectly
    set. The problem was that if G4UIExecutive invokes G4UIQt, and if the
    program exits after instantiation but before SessionStart, all output
    is lost.
