Ported to: Linux-g++, WIN32-VC, SUN-CC, Darwin-g++, Darwin-g++

To link with JAIDA and JAS, make sure you have:

1. JDK_HOME set to your Java Standard Development Kit (1.4.x or up).
2. the JAIDA-x.x.x-Geant4.x.x tar or zip file overlayed on geant4.
3. GEANT4_HOME set to your geant4 directory.

now execute:

source setup-analysis (.csh, .sh, .win32)
gmake
