  G4CascadeInterface.cc
  G4IntraNucleiCascader.cc

- cascade (Pekka Kaitaniemi): G4ElasticCascadeInterface: derive
  from G4VIntraNuclearTransportModel instead of G4HadronElastic.
  Check for case when no elastic scattering occurs.  If so, 
  return original bullet and target.
